months, in July 2018, around 10 months after the Mi A1 launch,
MI A2 finally landed with the major improvements in camera,
bezel-less display 18:9 aspect ratio (5.84 inches Full HD Plus), a much powerfulprocessor(Snapdragon 660), no 3.5 mm headphone
jack and a bigger battery (4000 mAh). The only thing that remains
the same in the Android One (Stock Android), the basis on which
MI Ax series differentiates itself from the Redmi Note series.
There have been rumors that Xiaomi Mi A3 would be a 5G smartphone
. We would like to clarify that it is highly unlikely that you will see a
5G Mi A3 because 5G chipsets are not in production yet. There might
be a 5G Mi A4 or A5, but we need to wait at least 2 years for that.
The next leap of the notch display in the Smartphone Industry after
the bezel-less display was shown a lot of the love by the users is yet
to hit the Xiaomi phones. Redmi 6 Pro is expected to be the first

The first big change will be the display where we would witness a
bigger 5.99-inch notch type display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The

The camera is expected to further improve with a lot of AI capabilities and improvisation in the beautify mode. We expect MI A3 to feature 16MP
+ 20MP Dual rear camera with the aperture to
further go down at f/1.7 compared to the 12MP +
20 MP sensor with f/1.75 seen on the MI A2. This
rear camera setup would enable Mi A3 to click the best images even in the low light without any noise. Coming to the front
camera of Mi A3, we expect a 24MP sensor with
the reduction in the aperture to f/1.7 compared to
the f/1.75 20MP sensor.
We expect Mi A3 to enter into the market with Snapdragon 710.

performance will be super smooth and the gaming experience will
also improve with no lag or even minor frame drops. The application

phone. While the good news is that the Mi A3 would
feature fast charging with a fast charger bundled in
the box. The 3.5 mm headphone jack was removed
on the Mi A2, and Mi A3 will also hold only the
USB Type C with no headphone jack.
The Android One tag would obviously remain intact with Android P
pre-installed and promised updates to Android Q and Android U.
More About the Snapdragon 710 - MI A3
Snapdragon 710 is the recently launched mobile platform processor
from Qualcomm and holds the maximum priority to be seen in the Mi
A3. Qualcomm explains this 710 as a platform that brings in premium
features for the new tier of smartphones and is very well designed to
support next-generation artificial intelligence(AI) technology along with
superior performance.
It has support for 4K HDR video playback capability and has Adreno
616 GPU that renders graphics 35% faster and has 62 times more
display colours. The Snapdragon 710 is also powerful as it supports the

display with up to QHD+ (2K) resolution. Overall it has 15% fast app
launch, up to 25% faster web browsing and consumes up to 40% less
power while gaming when compared to the Snapdragon 660 which is
seen in the MI A2.

Qualcomm and sets the tone for the next generation smartphone.
What else we can expect from Mi A3
There are a few additional things that can be expected from the Mi A3.
Though these expectations seem far-fetched, it all depends on the market
trend at the time of launch of Mi A3 and what other companies in the
similar price range of 15-20k are offering.
Honor has been focussing on the looks and camera performance of the
phone while giving the overall performance a little less importance. For
Xiaomi, it has all been a game for performance and decent looks with
the best camera. The few things we can expect from the Mi A3 launch
in India are.

Mi A3 Launch Date in India
Xiaomi has seen huge success with the MI Ax series as the Android One Platform and the Note 4/5 Pro platforms. With Mi A2 in town at the
perfect time when the demand has saturated for Redmi
Note 5 Pro, Xiaomi again looks itself to be the king of

Xiaomi Mi 7 Brief Description
Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its next flagship product the Xiaomi Mi 7 in 2018. The smartphone is rumored to come with a 16 MP +16 MP dual rear camera setup with an aperture of f1.7. Under the hood, the device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with 6 / 8GB of RAM. It will have 32 / 64 GB internal memory, expandable up to 128 GB via a microSD card slot. The Mi 7 will have Adreno 540 GPU.
The smartphone is expected to have a 6.01-inch bezel-less display with 18:9 aspect ratio which will be made by Samsung. Other rumored specifications of the device include a rear fingerprint sensor and a ceramic back similar to the Mi 6. The phone will have non-removable Li-Po 3500 mAh battery with fast charging support. Connectivity options included are USB Type-C, Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, WiFi Hotspot, and Dual SIM (Nano SIM). Xiaomi Mi 7 may support wireless charging as Xiaomi recently joined the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) which means that the phone will come with support for Qi standard wireless charging. Rumors suggest that the Xiaomi Mi 7 will be priced at around 2,999 Yuan for the 6 GB variant which is approximately Rs 29,369.
Xiaomi Mi 7 is rumoured to be launched in July 2019 & is expected to run on Android 8 OS. The Smartphone is expected to be made available in more than three color options i.e.Ceramic Black, Black, Blue, White & will have a built in fingerprint sensor as the primary security feature, along with the host of connectivity options in terms of 3G, 4G, GPS, Wifi, NFC Bluetooth capabilities. The phone will come with 64 GB of internal storage.
As far as the specifications are concerned, the Smartphone is tipped to be powered by Octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Processor. A 6 GB of RAM & Adreno 540 graphics processor will help phone run smoothly even the most memory intensive applications without showing any signs of lag. The internal storage is expected to be non expandable.
The phone in all probability will come with a powerful 4480 mAh battery to support it's 5.65 inch screen with IPS LCD display having a resolution of 1080 x 2160 at 427 ppi. The screen is expected to be protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass.
Xiaomi Mi 7 is speculated to boast of dual primary camera of 16 + 16 MP megapixel and 8 megapixel front Camera. It will support Face Detection and high dynamic range(HDR) imaging as well.
